Tungasugit-Welcome!  My name is Alec Lawson Tuckatuck and I am from Kuujjuaraapik, Nunavik-Quebec, Canada.  I am a full time artist and this is my personal online gallery. 

I first launched my gallery and have been selling my work directly to the customer since 2005.  This is rare as there are very few Inuit artists that represent themselves through their own personal gallery (online or physical).  I am a sole proprietor, so everything you see in my gallery comes directly from me.  I am very passionate about my work and I take great pleasure and pride in operating and building my gallery.

It is my honor to provide the customer with fine quality artwork.  It is also my mission to enlighten them by sculpting our traditional beliefs, legends, myths and stories of my people.   

My intention is to provide you a genuine and authentic experience by bringing you into the depths of my family, my people, my land, and my culture.  Through out my website, you will find stunning imagery, adorning videos, and informative text.  Please understand, this is unlike any other Inuit art gallery as I have the advantage of bringing you directly into the heart of my people. 

So, it is my intention to show you my creations, as well as, show you where it comes from and provide you with a rich cultural experience.  You will view my work, my people, my land, my culture, and my journey.
